Springtime

Springtime

Plum trees are a budding
Mint is creeping low
Willows are a weeping
Springing up a springtime show

Surely they are inching
Well hello now, don’t you say
But for all the fragrant dewfall
A dusting on the feeding tray

And the birds, they are a chirping
With alluring songs of old
For all of springtime stalling
Pollen’s misting to the snow

Nascent white, the popcorn
Treats for God’s eye, I suppose
A precious sight for passers by
Mind you, … lookout, my nose

And Springtime’s worth the wait
When I’m needing sweet relief
A cold spell dampens down the well
With one soft handkerchief

Be Wise – Parental Internet Supervision

Reading and thinking about the wonders and the dangers of the internet. iPad, iPhone, laptop, etc. it’s good to know that we have the importance of a network that we can communicate and learn from adequate knowledge and information that enhances our lives. Yet, the potential hazards and addictions, if used incorrectly or without safety and restraints, are very real. The Internet is a marvelous tool for education and information, and good for social benefits, if used appropriately.

In the best interests of children, it must always be used with adequate parental supervision and structure, for safety.
Human interaction can never be substituted with the internet.
Good old fashioned walks and talks is better and cannot be subsituted by the internet. It is of paramount importance for our health and happiness. Love and prayers in Jesus. Over and out. 🙂 xo

Illuminating Jesus

She was knocking on the glass
from the inside, inside
A beautiful soul, in a great big window
Everything she saw was illuminated
With all the colors of the rainbow

She loved Jesus …
She loved people
She looked for all the facts
She saw the reasons
She loved miracles
Straight From Jesus
Made it through the changes of the seasons

She found her healing voice
Broke through all her fears
Entertained – angels unawares
Upon her knees, she prayed a fervent prayer
For all her children to be safe in the Savior

She loved Jesus …
She loved people
She looked for all the facts
She saw the reasons
She loved miracles
Straight From Jesus
Made it through the changes of the seasons

Bridge

Forgiveness is your wings
So solemnly she shared
With the wisdom of God and a gifted grin
Flew like an angel to the Heavens

She loved Jesus …
She loved people
She looked for all the facts
She saw the reasons
She loved miracles
Straight From Jesus
Made it through the changes of the seasons
