The Beautiful Kite

“Come into my parlor said the spider to the fly”
Wisdom my father gave to me, one starlit night
It reminded me of a story about a string and a kite
Just as I’d gotten the boxcrate to light

The wind took to flight, breaking it’s bite
Flying just past my reach, in it’s pretty ole sky
Hoping it wouldn’t snag; in the web of a tree
I let it go and watched it float by

Yet, He who has control, of the wind and the tail
Would protect the kite, until in veil
On that soft winters night
God said, “peace be still”
Don’t hold on so tight
Trust in My will”

I remembered what He said in a moment that night
All is calm, …
All is safe
And all is good, and quite right-

Always The Same

Well, My friend,
We’ve made it through another day with Jesus at our side.
And His love for you is the same, yesterday, today and forever.
I pray that you rest well in His peace as you lay your head upon the pillow.
As you unwind from the long day of activities, and responsibilities
Remember how much you are truly loved k

Jesus Christ, the same yesterday today and forever
Hebrews 13:8

Need Fille

“But my God shall supply all your need, According to His riches in glory, by Christ Jesus.

Our Lord, and Maker is right there with us, with unconditional love, to lead us guide us, protect us and provide for us.
And He will never let go of your hand.
Paul is talking to the Philippians and had just received a gift from the Philippian church. He is writing to the Philippians saying that God is going to provide for their needs, because they were obedient to God to help with Paul’s needs to further the work of Christ Jesus.
Your needs will always be filled to the full because you love and and obey The Lord.
Thanks God, and for this great cup of coffee and for my headache breaking!

The Calm

My God shall supply all your needs According to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Have a beautiful day friend
Knowing that you are being cared for by a mighty God; who created you. You are His masterpiece and so precious to Him. Do not fear; for He is with you always.

“Do not fear for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; You are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you.
Isaiah 43

Keep on paddling
When things get tough
The good Lords love will float you
When the seas get rough
Jesus calmed the sea
He’ll calm and carry you through
wave after crashing wave
and you will not drown
His hand is under you
All the way to the shore
Over is the storm
That tried to shake you down

In His strength,
You got this! k

Relaxing

Fifty years and fading …
Rose drops leave the scene
Thankful for the memories
Enlightenment serene
Music for the breath step
Engaging loves pure face
Feeling deep the tides of old
Yesteryears embrace
God bless the troubadour aside
Departing in sweet bliss
Relaxing brightness of the stage
The whitened bird who healed
And left behind her wooing song
For soft hay in the fields

Not by Sight

We walk by faith and not by sight.
I Corinthians 5:7

“In the good place, of Faith”

For we trust in an Almighty God
Who made Heaven and earth.
Our God has our best interests at hand and will not cower to our whims of want.
He loves us too much to let us wander in our free will, too close to the edge of danger. Our hearts hear Him calling. And He never leaves us, no matter what what we’ve done wrong. And He never will let you down. Oh what a faith building that is. If we don’t feel Him as close …
Who moved?
We all have faltered, and need a Savior, who will always take us back, forever hold us in His arms so true.

Thank you Jesus …
You lead us to the water of Your eternal life. The place where we can drink and never be thirsty again. For only You can truly satisfy us; and You never fail us.
In this place, healing waters flow. It is a place where the well never runs dry. Lord You own all the wells in the universe. Your well of Hope is eternal.
It is all that we need.
Our victory is sure with You Jesus
In you we have all that we’ll ever need.
It is in You that we live and breathe
And have our being. We were made to worship You
And become more like You each day.
In Your loving kindness, Lord we ask You to build up our faith,
In You …
Whose Glorious light is an ever shining beacon in our heart.

And so in good times or bad, happy or sad, with or without, we have You
And You are enough. kg.

Songbirds

“The birds of the sky nest by the waters
And sing among the branches”

Psalm 104:12

The chatter of the birds singing woke me today
Oh what a joy to see the little birds
Hopping and flitting around in the woods along side
My little creek bed and up in the trees.
Amazing how they they soar effortlessly and as they
glide downwardly in the air current coasting so freely.
So Happy and carefree when they fly,
When simply still, or perched in a tree, singing to each other in perfect harmony
The connecting flightsong, dove to dove, branch to branch, love to love, all on key.

Have a great and God blessed day friend k

Grace

Bestowal of Grace
Falling on me
Moving the lines
In the healing place

Tears of Joy flowing
Warming my face
Holy laughter, ever after
In His infinite Grace

Coming down from the Father
Rapture in greens
Peace like a river
Rolling over me

Resting in a good place
Old choices erased
finding solace with ease
With love unabased

Bestowal of grace
Falling on me
Moving the lines
In the healing place

Morning

“Be still and know that I Am God ”
Psalms 46:10

In the morning
We arise
Giving Glory to our God
Underneath this great big sky
Clearly see His vision
Wash away the sandy eye
Ready for the tasks at hand
We’ll not fear the temporal
For God is in control
His love outshines our bid each day
Up and at em; here we go
Praising Jesus come what may
Happy in Him we extoll

Have a great day friend

Translucent

Thank God for the sunshine!

“The sacrifices of God are of a broken spirit
A broken and contrite heart
These oh God You will not reject
Psalm 51:17

No matter what you have done
God will blot it out.
He will wash away all your sin
Upon admission
I’d rather be like David
Who had great sin
But realized who he hurt and how he hurt them
And then asked God to cleanse him.
He had a broken and contrite spirit
A man after Gods own heart
He did the hard part
He got on his knees and prayed
He accepted the consequences
But he gained back the joy of his salvation

Tis not easy
To Ask for forgiveness; feels like the hardest thing to do
But afterwards, you are translucent, clean and free
Like a diamond cut with million brilliant facets
Even more beautiful
Shining for all to see
Thee
