Lyrics

Lord Shrink This Room

Lord, Shrink this room
Until everyone feels wanted
Lord shrink this room
Until everyone feels no pain
I’ve seen way too much sadness
Emptiness and fright
And somethings just not right
Holy Spirit flow through us tonight
That we may show
The depths of Your love
This is a family of love
A family from above
God, You live here
A family of love
A family from above
Holy Spirit …
You live here
Lord shrink this room
Until everyone feels wanted
Lord shrink this room
Til everyone feels no pain
Speak to us of Jesus
What He’s done for us
Comfort and guide us …
And fill,,this room with love

Release The Sting

I flew in your circle to find you
Pined away hours and gasped
I struggled as a mine eyed canary
Held my breath, layed low, by an asp

No one could see I was crying
Still quiet was I, unbeknownst
To the one I thought n’er would blindside me
As I hid and felt all alone

Yet the pressure drew me closer toward heaven
God’s word, my oxygen tent
I let go and let Jesus protect me
From the enemies sting that was sent

The sting of the vipers sore venom
Was dead in it’s own rebuke
In the still, open door, a breath of fresh air
A place of warm, graceful repute

Looking for you in the circle
The choice is yours, yours alone
Releasing the sting in the moment
Almighty God reigns on the throne

The Spirit of life, love, forgiveness,
Breathes new life, the stings antidote
Hallelujah, it’s God’s Holy Spirit
Who helps us and teaches His own

Releasing the sting

Faces

I see faces
Some lined in pain
Faces…
Needing love strewn unfeigned
Faces…
Like a prism in the light
Shining brightly…
All through the night
Maybe that’s all they need
In the moment
A smile that can grow the seed
Moving lines across the face
His Spirit to embrace
Love… from the Highest Grace

Spread the Love you find in Jesus
Cast your bread apon the water
Show them all that Jesus cares
With a smile
You could wipe away their tears
And soon you will see
His reflection coming back on every wave
Like skipping stones across the water
See the rings…
How they ripple, catch and save
Further than you’ll ever know
The love of Jesus yearns to go

Just being kind
with a gentle loving phrase
Showing His Mercy…
When someone’s lost their way
Jesus loves them
And Jesus is the way
To say
I love You..
I love you….

Further than you’ll ever know…
The love of Jesus
Yearns to go
Further than you’ll ever know
The love of Jesus
Yearns… to… go

The Balm of Gilead

Where two or more are gathered here
In My Name
I Am in the midst you
Don’t you fear
I want to hear, your voice, my dear
You don’t have to run and hide away
You see every time you cry
So do I

Whisper in my ear,
Tell Me how you feel
Are you hurting today
With angels a myriad
I’m Your Balm of Gilead

Where two or more are gathered here
In My name
I Am in the midst of you
Don’t you fear
If you think that things are getting
Much too burdensome, my child
I already faced them, at the Cross
Where I loved you, till I died

Whisper in my ear, tell Me how you feel
Are you hurting today
With angels a myriad
I’m Your Balm of Gilead

Bridge
Yeah though you walk through the shadows
Just a little while
I go to prepare a mansion for you
So tarry by My side
I have sent to you a comforter
To help you know the Power of My Love
Bring all of your troubles to me my child

Whisper in my ear, tell Me how you feel
Are you hurting today
With angels a myriad
I’m Your Balm of Gilead

Jesus Is Our Home

Finally we come
To the place we call our own
We speak our life
And live it, live it out loud …
Jesus is our home

And if we must compromise
For any selfish desire
We know, that in our heart
We’re slipping back
Into the grip of the cold dark mire

We are, because of Christ
We live what we believe
He’s our strength He’s our fortress
Jesus is our home

Even when we die
We will live again in Christ
Our ultimate gain
To live with Him
We are, because of Christ
We live what we believe
He’s our strength He’s our very life
Jesus is our home

Strength

Smile oh Christian, beaten down
In strength and beauty, stand up tall
Know you know, you need not frown
God is watching judging all

Smile oh Christian, don’t you cry
Christian, hold your head up high
For the one who beats the brow
Shall be one to push the plow

Holding forty thousand pounds
Holding forty thousand pounds
Grasp His grace; His love abounds
Grasp His grace; His love abounds

Smile oh Christian we are one
For together, we will run
Through the forests and the trees
To the golden fields, with ease

Holding forty thousand pounds
Like a feather in the breeze
Holding forty thousand pounds
Like a starling in the feis

Illuminating Jesus

She was knocking on the glass
from the inside, inside
A beautiful soul, in a great big window
Everything she saw was illuminated
With all the colors of the rainbow

She loved Jesus …
She loved people
She looked for all the facts
She saw the reasons
She loved miracles
Straight From Jesus
Made it through the changes of the seasons

She found her healing voice
Broke through all her fears
Entertained – angels unawares
Upon her knees, she prayed a fervent prayer
For all her children to be safe in the Savior

She loved Jesus …
She loved people
She looked for all the facts
She saw the reasons
She loved miracles
Straight From Jesus
Made it through the changes of the seasons

Bridge

Forgiveness is your wings
So solemnly she shared
With the wisdom of God and a gifted grin
Flew like an angel to the Heavens

She loved Jesus …
She loved people
She looked for all the facts
She saw the reasons
She loved miracles
Straight From Jesus
Made it through the changes of the seasons

Spring Time Melt

Spring time melt!

All the treasures, the earth had stolen
Covered by the wintery snow
Out of reach, to bend beneath
A pocket full, below

The scrapper in me, won out, big time
Eye long, with the song of the crow
A fetching beak, for coins that shine
Jingling nest of art nouveau

And you’ll never lose your glow
I know, I know, I know I know
You’ll never lose your glow
I know …

For all my friends, at springtime melt
The walks and the sparkling views
Are pleasant jaunts, sustainers bright
In these times, I think of You

Chorus

By Kelly Sampson Griswold
Spring time Melt

Thank You Lord Jesus for your perfect love and grace
Have a beautiful day friend

Morning Bells

If you can look in my eyes
And honestly say
You never knew me
I could fade away

But, something inside
Rings in the midnight silence
Telling me
You’re still in the wings
That’s why my heart still sings for you

When a story begins
How sad it is when a story begins
But it has no end

2x

Amidst all the clutter
And the confusion
Do you feel any emptiness?
There’s a voice you’ll hear
If deep calls unto deep
Of cleansing waters
And a shining shore

But, Who made you stumble
And falter in the way
Have bitterness and clamor in the heart
Made a place to stay

Morning bells want to ring
Morning bells want to ring
Morning bells want to ring
In your hearts today

Perpetual Porch Light On

On an old familiar country road
Done kickin up the dust
With every little nook and cranny
Loved past wanderlust

At the end of the road, beyond the bend
A gate, always unlatched
Where your ne’er a stranger, but a friend
In love no strings attached

A country cabin, sits back lone
Perpetual porch light on
With rocking chairs and moccasins
For stories, told till dawn

With fire aglow and featherbed
We’ll all sleep when sleep is due
With Gods’ abundant love bestowed
Neath the grace of another moon

Chorus
Ne’er a stranger lovely love
I miss you when your gone
God love you and protect you
Perpetual porch light on
